The application should be no more than two pages and should include the following information:

  • The applicant’s legal name

  • Canada Revenue Agency charitable number

  • A contact name, full street address, telephone number and e-mail address

  • The applicant’s website address, if one is available

  • A brief description of the applicant organization and what the applicant does

  • A brief description of the project, including goals and proposed outcomes

  • The budget for the project, and the amount requested

Form letters and mass mailings will not be considered.

We accept applications between September 1st - November 1st each year.

A selections committee will review applications and results will be announced in early January (approximately 12 weeks later).
